Southern Roots are a three-piece acoustic band delivering country-kissed Americana, from classic country icons to modern roots favourites, perfect for pubs, festivals, and anywhere that loves great songs played live and honest.

Formed by one Faversham local and two Dover natives, Southern Roots blend acoustic guitars, rich vocals, and cajon percussion to create a warm, rootsy sound that travels effortlessly from intimate microbreweries to festival stages.

Their setlists mix much-loved country classics from artists like Dolly Parton, Shania Twain, Johnny Cash and Glen Campbell, alongside Americana favourites with a roots feel from Sheryl Crow, The Eagles, Stevie Nicks and Tom Petty. Newer artists such as Lainey Wilson, Taylor Swift, Morgan Wade and Chris Stapleton are woven in, keeping the sound fresh while staying true to the genre.

Known for their ability to fit into even the smallest spaces, Southern Roots are just as at home playing cosy pubs and taprooms as they are garden parties, bandstands, and larger festival events, always bringing a relaxed, feel-good atmosphere and songs everyone knows and loves.
